CAR SHOW REGISTRATION AND SPONSORSHIP

CRAFT & VENDOR FAIR INFORMATION/REGISTRATION

The Raritan High School Marching Band & TV Program would like to invite you to our 1st Outdoor Annual Vendor & Craft Fair which will be a part of our Annual Car Show with over 500 people in attendance each year! 

REGISTRATION INFORMATION: We offer spaces at a non-refundable fee of $50.00 per outdoor regular space. We will be providing chairs only you must providing provide your own table. If electric is needed there will be an additional charge of $50.00. If you are interested in attending our event we ask that you send us pictures of your products or a website link for us to review the items you are interested in selling. We will be limiting the number of similar vendors/crafters selling the same type of products (jewelry, skin care products, etc.). Spaces are being filled on a first come first serve basis. It is imperative that you complete the registration form (LOCATED BELOW) and submit payment to reserve your space. You are not registered until payment is made. Filling out the application without payment does not reserve a spot. A confirmation will be sent via email after we have received both your application and payment. Your space at our event is not guaranteed until you have received email confirmation.

GIFT RAFFLE: We will be holding a gift raffle on the day of the event. Any crafters or Vendors interested in donating one of your items, or a small basket, are asked to indicate so on the application and bring your item to the registration table the morning of our event. Please include your business card/or information with your donation as it will highlight your business.
